Terms of sale
Last updated 16 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Dateledger is a trading name of HarperSEO Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 08841895. The registered office and contact email are shown in the footer of every page.
2. What we sell
Digital products for landlords and other small businesses: an online planner, printable guides, calendar files, exports and update emails. The Landlord Registration Pack is available as Starter and Portfolio. What each includes is shown on the product page when you buy.
3. General information only
Our products give general information and planning tools. They are not legal, tax or financial advice and no solicitor and client relationship is created. We are not a law firm. We are independent and are not part of, or endorsed by, the UK Government or any landlord body. Laws, dates and fees can change. Check official sources, including GOV.UK, before you act. Our products help you prepare and do not guarantee that you comply with any law or register on time.
4. Dates and updates
Dates and requirements come from official sources as at the date shown on each product. Some are based on draft regulations. If you buy Portfolio, we will email you about changes we find to the dates in the pack for 12 months from purchase. We do not promise to find every change.
5. Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any tax that applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. We do not see or store your card details.
6. Delivery
Products are digital. After payment you are taken straight to your private page, where you can open the planner and download your files. Bookmark that page, because it is your link. Stripe also emails you a receipt. If you lose your link, contact us at the email address in the footer and we will resend it.
7. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content you ask us to supply straight away, you lose that right once access starts, and you confirm this by accepting these terms at checkout. If you contact us before opening your private page, we will refund you.
8. If something is wrong
If a date or fact in a pack was out of step with the official sources on the day you bought it, tell us within 30 days and we will correct it and, if you ask, refund you. If a file is faulty, will not open or is not as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Licence
You may use the planner and files for your own properties and your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or give your private link or files to others, or remove our name and notices. We own the files and their design.
10. Our responsibility
We are not liable for losses caused by your relying on the information without checking official sources, for missed deadlines or for penalties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not let us exclude. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the price you paid for it, unless the law says otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you bought.
12. Complaints
Contact us first at the email address in the footer and we will reply within 5 working days.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales, but if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also use your local courts.
14. Your data in the planner
The planner keeps what you type in your own browser on your own device. We do not receive or store it, so we cannot recover it if you clear your browser data. Use the backup export to keep a copy.
