- The service is due to open on 15 Dec 2026. Landlords in Yorkshire and the Humber are due to be able to register from 15 Apr 2027, and anyone may register early once the service is open.
- You need a landlord entry and a dwelling entry for each property.

Have these ready
The service is due to ask for landlord details, property and tenancy details, and safety and energy information such as your gas safety record, electrical report and EPC. Gathering them before the window opens makes registering quicker.
